Fillings

We offer excellent fruit fillings for bakery goods which can be used for:
  • all cakes and biscuits,
  • layered cakes,
  • doughnuts and buns,
  • French pastries, short crust pastries, and traditional apple pies,
  • Potato dumplings (used as fruit filling).
Our fillings have many unique qualities:
  • thermostability ( resistant to high temperatures ), even during baking at a temperature above 200ºC the filling does not leak out from the dough,
  • can be frozen,
  • have the right gel consistency,
  • contain fruit pieces,
  • can be one or two fruits depending on the ingredients used,
  • contain good quality fruit, through using our own products,
  • have fresh, fruity aroma and flavour,
  • no synthetic colouring or aromas are added,
  • no additional technological processing is needed,
  • can be dispensed by hand or machine into the final product (bun, cake, doughnut etc.).

We offer the following types of fillings:

  • cherry
  • blackcurrant
  • strawberry
